It's been a heartbreaking week on college campuses: first the shooting/suicide at UT Austin on Tuesday and now news that Rutgers University student Tyler Clementi has committed suicide after his roommate videotaped -- and posted online -- a sexual encounter he had with another man.
If you are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, or even just questioning, please know that there are resources out there for you. If your family or friends aren't supportive, try other resources on your campus, your community, or even online. And if, at any point in time, you feel unsafe in a situation (like with a roommate) or are considering suicide, please contact someone as soon as possible.
