Looking at a plate of hot, crunchy, ready-to-eat taquitos when you're really hungry can be a very, very satisfying experience. All it takes is a few minutes and a few ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Frozen beef or chicken taquitos (available in your grocer's freezer section)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Salsa
- Any other of your favorite toppings
Directions:
Wrap taquitos in groups of 2 or 3 in a paper towel and place in microwave. Cook according to package directions.
Top with shredded cheese and salsa.
