For college students, buying an entire package of baking powder may seem wasteful when they'll only use a teaspoon or two all year. Classic favorites -- like cookies! -- can therefore seem like they'll involve a lot of time, ingredients, and equipment. These peanut butter cookies are cheap, easy, and quick, while requiring only basic kitchen tools.

Enjoy!
