I love this time of year ... and not just because spring (break) is coming. The 2013 About.com Readers' Choice Awards always happen in February/March, and I'm so excited to announce that finalists have been decided and voting is officially open!
Last year's competition was surprisingly intense, so make sure to vote early and often. You can vote once a day until March 19; winners will be announced on March 27. This year's College Life categories are:
