NBC's new sitcom Community, about students at a community college, debuts on September 17th. There have been mixed reviews -- some like its message that you can get a great education anywhere, whereas others are upset about stereotypes that it apparently plays into. Having not seen it yet myself, I'm afraid I can't voice an opinion on it one way or the other.

If you happen to catch it, come back here and leave your thoughts in the comment section below. I'd love to hear what folks think!

Offensive disparagement of Asperger’s Syndrome. Not funny. I am appalled that NBC would associate itself with such ignorance.
Network TV really has reached its nadir.

I was really upset the way community college life was portrayed. As a community college professor the thought that a professor would even entertain the idea of acquiring answers for exams was appalling. I think the producers need to attend a semester of community college life. Yes, there are many things that occur that can relate to comedy but this first episode fell flat.
