Civil Rights Activist? Love YouTube or Making Videos?
If you are a civil rights activist and love YouTube and/or making videos, you may be interested in a video contest being sponsored by the National Campaign to Restore Civil Rights. The contest, limited to people between the ages of 16 and 25, asks entrants to make a video that answers "What are you and your generation doing for civil rights today?"
The contest closes on July 31, so if you're interested in submitting something, you may want to get movin'. The winner receives a trip to New York City (and a nice addition to their resume); three runners-up will each be rewarded with a video camera.
